How to disable Delete Confirmation Dialog

It's look like a simple question , but if we don't know it !
Sometimes when someone ask it to you !
You just can smile and say I can't

So I want to share about how to disable delete confirmation dialog

1. Make sure that you want to disable the delete confirmation dialog in Windows
2. Pray to the god before doing any activities
3. Right Click on the Real Recycle Bin , not the shortcut one
4. Unchecklist on the Display Delete Confirmation Dialog Menu
5. Apply and OK

So easy , right ?
