How to fix DOTA2 Error " Failed to start the game (Unknown Error) "

Hello Dota2 Lovers...

I am just newbie in Dota2 but maybe I can share an error that I found for all of you
Maybe it's will be useful one day later for Dota2 Lover like all of you guys....

Dota2 is one of the most popular game in 2015 , right ? 
If you are Dota2 Lover , you will agree with my statement

Actually Dota2 is the game with improvement of quality , graphic for Dota (Frozen Throne)

But do you ever download Dota2 with take time from morning until evening but you get an error , and cannot solve it. It makes me crazy....

I don't want you get the same condition like me...
If you get a problem in Dota2

Then we are your solution with how to fix DOTA2 Error "Failed to start the game (Unknown Error)"

Okay , just check it out !!!

1. Make sure that you get this problem
2. Pray to God before doing any activities
3. Exit and close Steam
4. Find the file SalvationProphecy.exe

On my computer (win7, 32-bit), it is located here:
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\SalvationProphecy\bin\release\SalvationProphecy.exe

Right click on it
Select "Run as Administrator" 

5. Run steam as administrator
Exit steam completely: (top left menu) -> Steam -> Exit
Wait a few seconds for it to finish shutting down
Right click the steam icon
Select "Run as Administrator"
Try running the game normally

6. Verify the integrety of game cache
Run Steam
Right click on Salvation Prophecy
Click "Properties"
Click the "LOCAL FILES" tab
Click "VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME CACHE..."
Wait until it is done
Try running the game normally.

7. Check your antivirus settings
I can't give precise instructions here, because it depends on your antivirus program. But sometimes they can block a program from launching. There has been a problem reported with Avast. 

8. Restart the computer

If it's still won't work then maybe you must do this :

Delete all except Steamapps and Steam.exe (if you want delete games - delete Steamapps)
Launch Steam.exe
Wait and enter in your Accout.

That is the way how to fix DOTA2 Error "Failed to start the game (Unknown Error)"
